AUTHOR'S NOTES: Short...very short!

She snuggled up to his cool body. This was how it was supposed to be. Slayer and Vampire, man and woman. They were like yin and yang. Alike, yet so different.

She thought back to the events of earlier that night. She remembered feeling a strange presence at the Bronze. A strange, yet strangely familiar presence.

She'd made her way over to him, and pulled him by the hand to the dance floor. He'd looked at her surprised, and then took her in his arms, and they danced. He eventually relaxed into it, and their bodies melded together. It was like perfection, the way they fit together. They were so comfortable together, and she tilted her head upwards. His lips, his cool perfect lips met her own in a gentle kiss. A gentle kiss became more and more passionate, and as his cold tongue probed her own hot mouth, she pushed her feet off the floor, and wrapped her legs around his waist. He made his way to the back door of the Bronze, and pushed her up against the wall. As their hormones went wild, and their desire for each other grew, he took her for the first time that night against the wall.

After that fateful encounter, he'd asked her to come back to his place. She'd complied, and they'd walked to the mansion together. Luckily no-one, or more likely, nothing tried to attack them on the way there.

Lying in the bed, she was running her fingers through his thick hair. She lifted her head off his icy chest.

"Isn't this Angel's place?" Faith questioned.

"hmm. what the poof doesn't know wont kill him, unfortunately" Spike answered with a sly grin. "Anyway wasn't it worth it?"

"B. always said this was the way to go" And she captured his mouth in a hot kiss.
